Pictured here are coffee beans laid out to dry in the sun at the Coffee Museum in Antigua, Guatemala. Prior to packaging and shipping, coffee beans must first meet exacting moisture measurements. By drying the coffee beans in the sun, coffee growers ensure that moisture levels are met.
